| Hands glide easier over wet skin. Fingers flat, move gently over every part of each breast, use right hand to examine left and vice versa. Check for lumps, hard knots or thickening. |
Glide your hand in small circles spiraling toward the nipple. Also examine your armpit. |
Squeeze the nipple gently between thumb and index finger. Report any dis- charge to your doctor immediately. |
