Injuries
Unfortunately, injuries are a part of any
athletes training. The only thing you can do is deal with them as they come up
and do your best to minimize the risk of becoming injured. Probably the biggest
thing I'm dealing with currently is an ongoing problem of
plantar fasciitis in my left foot.
No other injuries to report.
Training
Well, It's time to put rubber to the road. A
year since I signed up, seven months of training and it's finally here.
