Patients need to
check with their insurance company to find out if they
will cover your procedure.
Some insurance
companies require pre-authorization before a procedure
can be performed, so please make sure your primary
healthcare provider obtains this pre-autorization.
LRA also offers a
co-pay as well as deductible. You will need to check
with your insurance company to see which one you are
eligible for.
