LRA files all insurances except for Tricare Prime

Patients need to check with their insurance company to find out if they will cover your procedure.

LRA also offers a co-pay as well as deductible. You will need to check with your insurance company to see which one you are eligible for.

Payment plans can sometimes be worked out under certain circumstances.
